Q: What is the product packing?

1) All our products are packaged with color box and packed with carton.

2) Accept customized OEM design packing and requirements.

Q: Can I get samples for test?
Yes, the samples are available, you just need to pay the sample fee and shipping cost. And we will return the samples fee when you place an order.

Q: what is your payment ways?

About small orders,full payment by T/T before shipment. As for big orders, 30% deposit advance by T/T, the balance before shipment (L/C acceptable).

Q: Can I get Discount from buying your goods?
As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. We will automatically making discount to our regular customer.

Q: How to get more information of your products?

It is easy to get more information about the product you are interested in, just filling the fields below the product page, and click “send”. Once we received your request, we will reply to you as soon as possible by email.

Q: How about the delivery service and delivery time?

About small orders, we mainly use DHL and FedEx Tracked Delivery services so you can be assured of the best the global delivery network has to offer. We also do our level best to keep the cost of any orders as low as possible for you. The lead time is about 3~5 days, and it will take 7~10 business days arrive at the destination. As for big orders, FOB is the usual payment terms. So we will be sending the products to the loading port, you need to book the vessel yourself. As regards the delivery time, for example, 1x40'HQ usually is about 35 days. If more quantity, we can discuss the delivery time.
